Pay
Labels each day with its real date.
Pay rules: Regular rate covers up to 8 hours per day; hours over 8 in a day pay time-and-a-half. Hours worked over 49 in a week pay double time. Vacation is 8 hours only, with no other hours that day. PDO can split with Regular hours to complete 8 hours. Religious time is max 3 hours per day and max 3 hours per year, tracked from your archived pay periods — periods you haven't archived don't count toward the yearly total. Once the 3 hours are used, Religious leaves the time-off dropdowns for the rest of the year. Holiday work hours pay 2.5×, topped up at the regular rate to 8 hours if under 8; a Holiday day pays a regular 8 hours. Early Start hours pay time-and-a-half instead of the regular rate. Saturday and Sunday hours always pay time-and-a-half, with no time off — set the pay period start date so weekend days are recognized. Time off pays at the regular rate and never creates overtime.
Week 1
Each day: pick Regular, Early Start, Holiday work, or Holiday, then enter its hours. On Saturdays and Sundays the day is just Over Time hours, with no time-off row. If Regular or Early Start is under 8 hours, pick one time-off type (Vacation, PDO, Family Leave, Religious) and its hours to fill the day. Day totals are green for 1–8 hours, red over 8, and default at 0.
